Standard Service
Inventory, chain of custody manifest, inside load, transport, unload, inside delivery.

Special
All of the items contained in Standard Service plus preparation and packing of your collection.

Exclusive Use
All of the items contained in Standard and Special plus exclusive use of the truck with expedited delivery, constant surveillance, security seals, unpacking and cellar setup including populating the racks and debris removal. On-site supervision can be provided. Please ask your consultant for availability and fares.

Large Bottle Format
Please advise your consultant of any large format bottles and whether they are loose or boxed.

Your wine cellar is transported in air-ride, temperature-controlled trucks, tracked via satellite . The trucks are equipped with both a walkboard as well as hydraulic lift gate in the event your cases are skidded and require street pickup and delivery.

The personnel handling your collection are full-time employees of Mullen who are in uniform, bonded, licensed, and insured. The driver can be contacted at any time via cell phone, pager or satellite.

Mullen has three temperature and humidity-controlled storage facilities. All cases are bar coded and scanned into the vault. The fire suppression systems are Halon or FM 200 Gas. The wine storage vaults are protected with forced entry alarms, motion detectors, low heat and low pressure alarms, as well as CCTV, key pad access alarms and a biometrics eye scanner.

Deliveries from storage can be arranged 24/7.
