For
new construction and office setup, Mullen offers a wide
selection of receiving, inspection, warehousing and redelivery
services for your new furniture, fixtures and equipment
(FF&E).

Mullen
will receive your items at our warehouse as your vendors
ship them. The warehouses are staffed six days per week
and are equipped with the proper handling equipment to
off load safely.

Upon
receipt, Mullen inspects for transit damage and will report
any deficiencies or damages in accordance with your policies.
You will receive a monthly inventory report on the items
received.

All
material received is stored in a bonded, licensed and
insured warehouse. The warehouse is sprinklered and alarmed.

Mullen
will deliver full or partial shipments by order sequence,
room or floor arrangement, specific item or however your
construction schedule dictates.

Upon
delivery Mullen can unload at the street, loading dock,
or inside your facility. If it is an inside delivery,
Mullen will uncrate and unpack. In addition, should you
have other installation needs, Mullen will add the finishing
touches to your project, providing a complete selection
of installation services for your new FF&E.

Upon
completion of the installation, Mullen will remove the
debris from your site.

Mullen
assigns one manager to coordinate your needs and act as
a liaison for all activities between you and Mullen. This
single-source responsibility expedites answers, centralizes
control, and greatly reduces the chance for miscommunications.
Each construction project is unique with its own set of
parameters and deadlines. A custom program will be developed
to meet your needs.
